Cancellation policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, Susanne kindly asks that you provide at least 48 hours notice.  You can do this online via Schedulicity.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will no longer be able to use Schedulicity to make changes or cancellations. If you need to make changes or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you must text Susanne directly at (202) 441-0932 to let her know.

No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the visit.
